We supply bread and a limited range of pastries to cafés, restaurants and delis across the East Neuk of Fife and St. Andrews.

Our bread is made using 100% organic Scottish flour from Scotland the Bread and Mungoswells. Our baking is wholegrain forward, and we try to keep as much of the entire grain in the loaf as possible.

Cormo Bakery’s main space at Balcormo Farm is due to open towards the end of 2026, and we’re very excited for what’s to come.

Until then, we’ve set up a simple, working bakery in a small part of the future space, and we’re currently offering a limited wholesale service. If you’d like to stock our bread or pastries, please get in touch.

We’ll also be opening to the public once a week for pre-order collections, with a small selection of breads and pastries available.

A couple of notes for now: we’re collection only (no retail deliveries yet), and we don’t have sit-in space at this stage. When the full bakery opens, there’ll be plenty of room to stay a while.
