We supply bread and a limited range of pastries to cafés, restaurants and delis across the East Neuk of Fife and St. Andrews.

Our bread is made using organic Scottish flour from Mungoswells and Balcaskie Landrace grain we mill in house. Our baking is wholegrain forward, and we try to keep as much of the entire grain in the loaf as possible.
