Ordering
Your order is confirmed when we send the confirmation email. Prices are in pounds and include VAT where it applies.
Drops and Sunday bakes are made in small numbers. If something sells out after you’ve paid, we refund it in full.
Delivery and collection
We post to UK addresses only, by tracked Royal Mail. Posting days and collection times are on the Delivery & collection page.
Sunday orders are baked for you, so an order that isn’t collected can’t be refunded.
Cancellations and refunds
We can’t change an order once it’s placed. Collection orders can be cancelled and refunded up to a week before the collection day.
Bread, pastries, cookies, eggs and anything else that keeps only a few days can’t be returned, unless something is wrong with it.
Panettone, jams, chutneys and biscuits keep for longer. You can cancel these within 14 days of receiving them, by email. Send them back unopened and we’ll refund you, including the standard delivery charge. Returning them is at your cost.
If an order arrives damaged or isn’t right, email us within two days with a photo and we’ll replace it or refund you.
Allergens
Every product page and label lists the ingredients, with allergens in bold. Everything is made in one bakery that handles wheat, sesame, peanuts, nuts, milk and eggs, so we can’t rule out traces.
Privacy
We use your details to make and deliver your order, and to email you about drops only if you’ve asked us to.
