Mungoswells organic strong white flour (wheat), organic Balcaskie Landrace wheat, milled in house, milk, sugar, salt, honey, yeast, pasta madre (wheat sourdough starter), butter, Edinburgh Butter Company cultured butter, organic free range egg, orange, lemon, Pump Street dark milk Haiti chocolate (milk).
