The Italian breakfast pastry. Laminated with Edinburgh Butter Company cultured butter, enriched with eggs from our neighbours at East Neuk Eggs, and scented with orange and lemon zest. On its own, or with jam.

Mungoswells organic strong white flour (wheat), organic Balcaskie Landrace wheat, milled in house, milk, sugar, salt, honey, yeast, pasta madre (wheat sourdough starter), butter, Edinburgh Butter Company cultured butter, organic free range egg, orange, lemon.

Allergens are shown in bold. Made in a bakery that handles cereals containing gluten, eggs, milk, mustard, nuts, peanuts, sesame and soya. Cross-contamination cannot be guaranteed against.

For collection only, on Sunday between 9:30 and 11am at Balcormo Farm. Pre-orders open on Monday at 1pm and close on Friday at 4pm.
