Our house loaf. Organic Mungoswells flour and Balcaskie Landrace wheat, stone-milled here at Balcormo, naturally leavened over 24 hours and baked dark. Colour is flavour.

Ingredients

Mungoswells organic strong bread flour (wheat), organic Balcaskie Landrace wheat, milled in house, salt, water.

Allergens are shown in bold. May contain sesame. Made in a bakery that handles cereals containing gluten, eggs, milk, mustard, nuts, peanuts, sesame and soya. Cross-contamination cannot be guaranteed against.

Collection

For collection only, on Sunday between 9:30 and 11am at Balcormo Farm. Pre-orders open on Monday at 1pm and close on Friday at 4pm.
