Ginger Buckwheat Cookie

Buckwheat flour, chopped stem ginger and plenty of dark chocolate. Made without wheat flour, but baked in a bakery that handles wheat all day, so it is not suitable for coeliacs.

Buckwheat flour, butter, stem ginger (sulphites), dark chocolate (soya lecithin), brown sugar, caster sugar, vanilla, organic free range egg, bicarbonate of soda, baking powder.

Allergens are shown in bold. May contain wheat (gluten). Made in a bakery that handles cereals containing gluten, eggs, milk, mustard, nuts, peanuts, sesame and soya. Cross-contamination cannot be guaranteed against.

For collection only, on Sunday between 9:30 and 11am at Balcormo Farm. Pre-orders open on Monday at 1pm and close on Friday at 4pm.
