Mungoswells organic strong white flour (wheat), organic Balcaskie Landrace wheat, milled in house, milk, sugar, salt, honey, yeast, pasta madre (wheat sourdough starter), butter, Edinburgh Butter Company cultured butter, organic free range egg, orange, lemon, dates, cloves, aniseed, cinnamon, coffee, Blackthorn sea salt.

For collection only, on Sunday between 9:30 and 11am at Balcormo Farm. Pre-orders open on Monday at 1pm and close on Friday at 4pm.
